{scriptures w/name engraved, fancy bracelet for her baptism, and memory book from Great Grandparents Joel & Jill}
After a nice warm shower she was off to meet with Bishop Woodbury for her interview. She was nervous at first, but he was wonderful and they had a good visit.
This was waiting for her when we got home:
From her Activity Day leaders! She wasn't happy that we'd missed seeing them, but getting this totally made her day! Have I mentioned before how awesome our ward is??
Then there was this for lunch:

Best lunch ever!
Kennedi requested her favorite dinner: Puerto Rican rice & beans (minus the beans for her!) and hamburger. She is very particular with her food. All items on her plate must NEVER touch. Well, get a load of this shot:
We never thought we'd see the day! Before drenching her rice with soy sauce, she mixed it with a small piece of meat and thought it tasted delicious! Then she mixed up her entire plate! It doesn't end there: after a few minutes, she separated a little portion of food and asked to try some "bean sauce" on it! What the??? And she LOVED it!!! We were all dying! She received a lot of praise for being brave and trying something new :)
