Random shots from our week:
HUGE lizard outside our kitchen window!
(the kids see it all the time, but this was my first)

After reading the blog, Kam decides that
maybe he DOES like mac & cheese!
In case we were all wondering EXACTLY how many
Pokemon cards he now has!
baby girl SNOOZING it up in her bed!
Pokemon cards he now has!
baby girl SNOOZING it up in her bed!Kaisha survived her hike on Saturday. She is very sore though after pulling herself up the cliff! When she got home, she took a long soak in the tub, then showered, then crawled into bed for a good nap. She also slept until noon on Sunday! Guess she was kinda tired? Kennedi went to her friend Brittany's birthday party. They "swam" in her hot tub, chased her little dog around the house, and watched movies. Then Kenners was invited to sleep over! It was her first sleepover ever and she was sooo excited! Now, this is a girl that is in bed at 7:30pm every night - we got a call from her at the party at 12:17am!!! The others had gone to sleep, but Brittany was still awake and kept Kenners awake with her. I think Kennedi just wanted to go to sleep and thought that if she called me to say goodnight, Brittany would get a clue! Kerianne spent the night at her friends' house also on Friday. We're trying to let the girls spend more time with some of their friends before the move, but it's still hard for me to not have them here (under our roof) at night! Must be a control issue...
We didn't make the Salsa Festival on Saturday - but we did drive by the park. There were nearly 11,000 people there in that tiny park!! That kind of crowd, on a very windy night, is just not for us...
On Sunday, John had branch conference out at the San Tan branch, but made it back just as our sacrament meeting started. Kaisha had BYC after church; Kerianne babysat for the Lusters while the dad went to get his Patriarchal blessing; Kaisha & I went to a Bishop's Fireside; and our home teachers also came!! It was pretty crazy around here :)

That is so funny that Kam changed his mind about the mac n cheese!! Glad that everyone is having fun. Remembering some of my sleepovers I might hesitate to let my kids sleep over too! Why do they have to grow up??
