Our CrAZy weekend is over and now it's back to Monday! Saturday was busy, but we packed in just as much on Sunday it seems:
* Choir practice for Kaisha and I, for which we signed up to take treats (rushed to bake up some choc. chips cookies!); John spoke in the 2nd ward; rush back home to get the ward bulletin finalized and printed and my lesson handouts printed out; get lunch ready and the rest of the clan ready to go; choir sang in Sacrament meeting; our YW presidency had a quick planning meeting with the YM presidency during Sunday School; rush to get the YW room cleaned up and ready, and set up for my lesson; practice the new song with the YW that we need to learn for camp; give lesson (in which there wasn't enough time!); Kerianne & Kaisha stayed for BYC after church; rush home to figure out dinner because John was to attend a meeting back at the church at 6:30 (and we don't even get home until 5:30ish!). He ended up staying home since he'll be gone this week...... ahhhhhh! Bedtime came quick and I was totally exhausted :)

Forward to this morning: I get the kids off to school, stalk my blogs, then go in to sit down and watch my shows that recorded last night (on Sundays the t.v. is off for the day - unless it's a church movie). To my HORROR --- nothing recorded! WHAT??????? I do some checking and find that the shows we consistently record each week (24, Celeb. Apprentice, The Office, and so on!) say "nothing planned" or "not recorded". You should have seen me trying to find the phone!! Luckily a new DVR has been shipped and will be here by Wednesday! We've had this DVR for a year and about 6 months ago it started doing strange things - I should have called in then but didn't. Won't let THAT happen again! It's pathetic how much I depend on that one little box...

This week is packed with baseball practices, mutual on Wed, Kam's game and enrichment night both on Thurs (sorry, ladies!), and for Sat: a hike for Kaisha (4th year hike prior to camp), Kam's Pinewood Derby, the General YW Broadcast, and another baseball game that night. If I don't lose like 10 pounds by next weekend, I'm going to be ticked............... :)

I'm so glad/sad that someone else has crazy Sundays, too:) Ironic that it's our "day of rest," huh?
Your schedule is so busy. You need to get Kenners in dance or something just to fill up any spare time you might have!
