My babe has left and moved to California.
On Mother's Day.
It was a tearful goodbye... especially when he realized he'd forgotten something and had to come back! So I had a second tearful goodbye.
I'm so excited for him to start his new job at Big 5 tomorrow. He is going to be amazing. He will be living in a hotel near his office until we're ready to move over with him. He plans to drive home every other weekend.
The kids and I have a lot of boxes packed and nestled in the garage. We'll continue packing and cleaning to get this house sold. Things have started falling into place so we know California is where we're supposed to be.
