we went to the zoo a couple months back while the weather was really nice. it was neat to see the new orangutan exhibit. it was funny to see the flamingos go running when their sprinklers came on -- they were dancing and drinking!! we rode the train, leisurely strolled around, and enjoyed snow cones. of course the turtles and huge fish are a huge hit on the way out :)
