Today was a very sad day in the York home...Our sweet little Midnight (or Mini-Moo as she was more commonly known) passed away, leaving us with broken hearts. She was such a good pet -- teaching Kennedi many things that will help her grow to be a wonderful Mother someday.
Kenners loved playing with Mini! We could typically find her inside the dollhouse (taking a "tub" mind you!) -- or running around on the coffee table! She would be sleeping peacefully, and Kennedi could not wait until evening to hold her, so many times she would be woken just to snuggle. We all grew so attached to her -- even though her first day with us was quite the adventure (and blood-filled for Kenners!).
We held a private service in the backyard, filled with loving words and many tears. We will never forget Mini-Moo and her sweet disposition. She put up with a lot from us! But we know she had a wonderful life. There is no other hamster around that is more loved than Mini! We will miss you, little angel :)
