arrow of light...

Kameron received his Arrow of Light award on Sunday, Feb 2010. And let's face it: it is NOT easy to get! He worked so hard, and had just gone on his overnighter campout (one of his final requirements) the weekend before! The campout was at Heard Pueblo on the other side of South Mountain and John was able to go with him. They had a great time! Kameron has had a great time with Cub Scouts in our new ward. His den leader, JaNae Barrow, has been amazing. She would pick up the boys after school on Wednesdays and have den meeting at her home. After the activity, they would hang out and play Wii and just have fun together, which was great for Kam to get to know the other boys. She taught them so much and pushed them through quickly to get ready for 11 year old scouts. We are so proud of Kam and his commitment to the scouting program. He is the most wonderful son we could have ever dreamed of :)

Congratulations Kam!!!! That is awesome! I'm glad to be learning about your Scout adventure because I don't know much about Scouts and I need to learn before my boys are Scouts! Thank you for being such a great example to my boys. We love you!
