another busy sunday...

* Our Sacrament Meeting was themed around the "youth" so we had four youth speakers: Kerianne, Shaina Wearne, Kawelo Stant and Jonah Skousen. Then the Young Women & Young Men, along with the leaders, sang the hymn Carry On. We did such an awesome job, if I do say so myself! Then our second counselor in the YW, Holly Larsen, spoke, followed by John. Both he and Kerianne were fantastic! I was so proud today :)
* We came home and had a yummy crock pot chicken dinner with rice, broccoli and biscuits. There was only one problem: sometime before we left for church, the crock pot became partially unplugged! The chicken was still a little warm, but I had to transfer it to the stove top to make sure it was cooked all the way. Still turned out yummy!
* John is off to his "second-Sunday-of-the-month" meetings, and the kids and I have baked sugar cookies. Kameron is reading the first Harry Potter book (and really loving it) and the girls are finishing up laundry...
* I will be without my laptop AGAIN this week! I have somehow caught another virus and we're convinced that it came through MySpace. By-the-way, if you don't already know: MySpace released a week or so ago that they had nearly 100,000 sex offenders / child predators that were wandering around in their program. These crazies were able to get through their security system with no problem. Facebook, on the other hand didn't find any. Luckily MySpace caught on and has taken them off and hopefully figured out the problem, but they're definitely not the place for youngsters to be. We're encouraging Kaisha to continue on with her blog and Facebook account only...
* Well, off to another crazy week of early mornings, homework, baseball practice, Cub Scouts, mutual, laundry-laundry-laundry, and who could forget : VALENTINE'S DAY!!!!!

That is freaky. I only signed up for my space with very limited if any just to see who I knew on it. I really like face book and have had fun with it.
I like it just to chat it up with family and friends. It has been a lot of fun.
You guys are such a great example of living the gospel each day. I have a hard time making it through sacrament with my goldfish spilling kids.

Glad I'm not the only one that has had issues with your crock pot!!
