About a month ago, Kam decided to take up running and skateboarding every day. He wanted to lose a little bit of weight. And in one month's time, he lost 25 pounds!! It was a crazy transformation to witness, and at times a little scary. He drastically switched up his diet and it scared me that he wasn't eating enough - especially for a growing teenage boy. And he started tracking his diet on MyFitnessPal. John & I had a few talks with him about his diet and what his motivation was. He was just tired of the extra pounds and wanted to feel better about himself. And he really looks amazing :-)
