Tonight I asked John out on a date. We've been going through some rough times lately - life has just been hard. I wanted to ask him to the temple, but just said "how about going out with me tonight?" to which he said "how about we go to the temple grounds?" I about cried! We were on the same page. So we dressed up and drove north. We had dinner at a pizza joint near the temple.
These are the temple doors. We had never seen this reflection pond up there, and we've been several times. Very peaceful and beautiful.
What a perfect night to talk and cry and recommit to what we're building together.
We don't usually take selfies, but this was such a wonderful night that we had to capture.
